Well Here's the 4 people I use the most in the game.
Ice Climbers- I don't care what BS people say about them, They're badass people, They're Badass Eskimos. Seriously they got way better from Melee.
Kirby - He sucks in this game.... lol Another Improvement from Melee.
Lucas - God I hate Ness in this game...
Jigglypuff - shut up, she's awesome.
